Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see further details about our return policy below.
Duration and Time Frame
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still attached.
Eligibility
A reason for the return is not required. Whether the size doesn't fit or the customer simply doesn't like the product, the right to return remains valid.
Requirements
In order for a return to be approved, a few basic requirements must be met. Please keep the following in mind when making a return:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn (trying on for fit is the only exception).
- Products must be clean and show no signs of dirt or scratches that would indicate negligent handling.
Customer's Duty to Inspect
It is the customer's own responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt and to notify Sneakzmarket of any return request promptly and within the applicable time frame.
Return Costs
Returns are and will remain free of charge; however, depending on the customer's country, different shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes may apply for the return shipment.

Refunds
After we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from our receipt of your item for processing. Depending on your credit card company, it may take one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Orders paid by invoice will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly.

Natürlich wie immer eine Top Lieferung von Sneakzmarket! Ich war froh, dass sie diesen air max plus noch in meiner Grösse hatten. Dieser Air Max sitzt sehr eng am Fuss und man hat einen guten Halt. Trotzdem darf man sie nicht zu eng schnürren. Ich trage den Air Max im Moment unter Shorts aber unter sweatpants kommen eigentlich alle Air Max plus gut. Ich habe mir das gleiche Modell noch in Rot gekauft, es ist ein sneaker der zu aklem geht.
